Stephen has worked alongside Stefan for 30 years, helping steer Actiform’s financial strategy and supporting the company’s continued growth and development.

As Financial Director, he provides strong commercial and financial leadership across the business, overseeing financial planning, reporting and control while helping ensure the company remains stable, resilient and well positioned for the future.

During his time with Actiform, Stephen has seen the business expand into new markets and sectors, and has played an important role in supporting that progress. His experience, sound judgement and detailed understanding of the company have helped shape Actiform into the successful business it is today.

Stephen continues to work closely with the wider leadership team, providing the financial insight and guidance needed to support confident decision-making and sustainable growth.
