Tom Marsden

Tom has been part of Actiform for 20 years, having joined the business as an apprentice before progressing through the company to become a highly respected and experienced Project Manager. His practical background and extensive knowledge of Actiform’s operations give him a strong understanding of every stage of project delivery, from manufacture and procurement through to installation and completion.

Now specialising in nuclear and defence projects, Tom leads the delivery of complex, highly regulated schemes where safety, quality, security and programme control are critical. He works closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal teams to coordinate requirements, manage risk and ensure projects are delivered to the highest standards.

Tom has successfully delivered a number of innovative and technically demanding projects within these specialist sectors. Known for his proactive approach, strong leadership and commitment to client care, he plays an important role in strengthening Actiform’s capability and reputation across the nuclear and defence markets.
