Jess supports project, site and office teams with a wide range of day-to-day administrative tasks, helping ensure information is organised, accurate and readily available. As a Trainee Project Support Administrator, she is developing her experience across project coordination, compliance and general business administration.

Her responsibilities include maintaining project documentation, assisting with accommodation and travel arrangements, updating records and helping track outstanding information required for project delivery and handover. Jess also supports the wider office team with general administration, correspondence, filing, data entry and the maintenance of company systems and SharePoint records.

Working closely with experienced colleagues, Jess is building a strong understanding of Actiform’s projects and internal processes. Her organised, helpful and enthusiastic approach provides valuable support across the business while allowing her to develop a broad range of administrative and project support skills.

Ryan supports the delivery of projects by working closely with both site-based and office teams to maintain clear communication and effective coordination throughout each stage of construction. As an Apprentice Site Manager, he works alongside experienced Site Managers to develop his knowledge of site operations, project management and team leadership.

His responsibilities include helping ensure project paperwork is accurate, up to date and correctly uploaded to SharePoint. Ryan also supports positive communication between site personnel, helping teams work collaboratively and resolve day-to-day issues efficiently.

Through his practical involvement on live projects, Ryan is building valuable experience across site administration, coordination and management while contributing to the safe and organised delivery of works.

Brad is the Business Development Manager at Actiform, specialising in modular and offsite construction. He plays an important role in supporting the company’s growth by developing strong client relationships and guiding opportunities from initial engagement through to successful project delivery.

With experience across the defence, education, healthcare, pharmaceutical and residential sectors, Brad brings a practical and commercially focused approach to each project. He works closely with clients to understand their operational, technical and programme requirements, helping to develop efficient, high-quality modular solutions tailored to their needs.

Brad holds a BA in Finance and Business and an MSc in Quantity Surveying, combining strong commercial awareness with technical understanding. Known for his proactive and client-focused approach, he is committed to helping customers understand the benefits of modular construction and achieve successful project outcomes.

Tom is responsible for coordinating the transport and logistics requirements for projects, helping ensure modular units, materials and equipment arrive safely and in line with agreed delivery programmes.

His role includes arranging the delivery of modular units and construction materials to site, booking cranes for installation activities and liaising with suppliers, hauliers and project teams to coordinate timings and access requirements.

Tom also oversees the management of materials within the company’s yard, helping maintain an organised and efficient working environment. His practical and well-coordinated approach supports the smooth movement of materials and modular units from the factory through to successful delivery on site.

Taegan provides essential administrative support to project and site teams, helping ensure day-to-day activities remain organised, well documented and on schedule. Her role includes coordinating accommodation and travel arrangements, maintaining project records and supporting teams with a wide range of operational requirements.

She also assists with ISO and security compliance, reviews company policies and procedures, and tracks outstanding operation and maintenance information to support efficient project handover.

Known for her strong attention to detail, clear communication and highly organised approach, Taegan is skilled at managing multiple priorities within fast-paced project environments. Her dependable support helps maintain effective coordination between site teams, project managers and the wider business.

Simon is a highly experienced Senior Site Manager responsible for overseeing the safe, efficient and successful delivery of major construction projects.

His role includes overseeing day-to-day site operations, sourcing subcontractors and local labour, managing health and safety, monitoring costs and coordinating trades to maintain the construction programme. Simon also leads client meetings, prepares weekly progress reports and supports the development of the Site Manager and Apprentice Site Manager working under his supervision.

Sarah manages bids and tender submissions across Actiform, coordinating input from teams throughout the business to produce clear, compelling and compliant proposals. She works closely with technical, commercial and project colleagues to communicate Actiform’s experience, capabilities and approach effectively.

Alongside bid management, Sarah supports the company’s marketing and social media activity, helping promote Actiform’s projects, people and specialist modular solutions.

As Actiform’s Social Value Champion, she also helps develop and communicate the wider benefits delivered through the company’s projects, including employment, skills, community engagement and environmental initiatives. Her organised and collaborative approach helps ensure submissions are completed accurately, professionally and within demanding deadlines.

Nigel is responsible for managing projects from site establishment through to post-contract completion, ensuring they are delivered safely, efficiently and in accordance with programme, cost and quality requirements.

His role includes developing project programmes, managing health and safety, coordinating design team meetings and chairing progress meetings. He works closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal teams to maintain clear communication and resolve issues throughout the delivery process.

Nigel also prepares and reports project cost information to the Board, supports the collation of operation and maintenance manuals and oversees the final stages of completion and handover. His organised and collaborative approach helps ensure projects remain well coordinated and achieve successful outcomes.

Matthew is responsible for supporting clients following project handover, acting as their primary point of contact throughout the warranty and aftercare period. He builds strong, trusted relationships with clients and ensures any defects, concerns or remedial works are managed efficiently, professionally and with minimal disruption.

His role includes coordinating investigations and repairs, monitoring response and resolution times against contractual obligations and service-level agreements, and maintaining accurate records of defects, warranty claims and corrective actions. Matthew also works closely with project delivery teams to support smooth handovers and ensure all relevant project information is transferred effectively.

By reviewing recurring issues and client feedback, he helps identify lessons learned and opportunities to improve future design, manufacturing and installation processes. His positive client relationships also support repeat business, referrals and future project opportunities.

Matthew is also a trained Mental Health First Aider, providing initial, non-judgemental support to colleagues and helping them access appropriate information and professional services when needed.

James manages site accommodation and civil projects, acting as a key point of contact for clients from initial enquiry through to delivery. As the front-facing Project Manager for these schemes, he builds strong working relationships and helps ensure each project remains coordinated, responsive and on programme.

His role includes managing a high volume of daily communication, arranging transport and crane requirements, coordinating with the factory and resolving issues as projects progress. James works closely with clients, suppliers, site teams and internal departments to keep information moving and ensure delivery requirements are understood.

Known for his energetic and hands-on approach, James takes ownership of every stage of the project and is committed to providing a reliable, personal service.

Hudsen is developing his experience in site management by supporting the safe, efficient and high-quality delivery of projects. Working closely with the Site Manager, he assists with overseeing day-to-day site production, monitoring progress and helping ensure activities are completed in line with programme and quality requirements.

His responsibilities include supporting health and safety management, delivering toolbox talks and morning briefings, carrying out site inductions and maintaining accurate records of progress. Hudsen also undertakes quality checks and helps coordinate site activities to ensure work is completed to the required standards.

Through his hands-on involvement across site operations, Hudsen is building a strong understanding of project delivery while providing valuable support to the wider construction team.

Haseeb supports the design and technical delivery of projects by producing detailed manufacturing drawings for major schemes, as well as complete site accommodation and civil packages. He also contributes to tender submissions by preparing drawings, visualisations and high-quality rendered images using Lumion and Enscape.

Working closely with clients, contractors and colleagues, Haseeb attends project meetings, responds to design requirements and provides day-to-day technical support to the wider design team. Through his involvement across both tender and live project stages, he is continuing to develop his architectural and technical expertise.

Daud supports the design and technical delivery of projects from tender stage through to manufacture and construction. He produces detailed drawings and visualisations for tender submissions, as well as manufacturing information developed from coordinated multidisciplinary designs for use by the factory team.

Working closely with the Design Manager, Daud helps respond to technical queries arising from both site and factory operations. He also leads internal and external design team meetings across a range of projects, helping coordinate information, resolve design issues and maintain progress.

In addition, Daud undertakes BIM and document control responsibilities, ensuring project information is accurately managed, coordinated and issued to the relevant teams. His organised and collaborative approach supports efficient communication and effective project delivery.

Chris provides technical leadership across Actiform’s live projects, tenders, early-stage opportunities and internal product development. He leads the design team, manages priorities and supports the development of team members, ensuring design information is coordinated, compliant, buildable and aligned with Actiform’s modular construction processes.

His role covers architectural, structural and technical design development from the initial client brief through to detailed design, manufacture and site delivery. Chris works closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal project, commercial, manufacturing and site teams to resolve technical issues, manage design risk, coordinate changes and support procurement, production and installation.

A key focus of his role is technical assurance, particularly in relation to fire design and Building Regulations compliance. He leads the coordination of fire-related design information, reviews technical strategies and helps develop project-specific solutions suitable for modular construction.

With a background in product design engineering, modular construction and technical leadership, Chris also drives design improvement through standard details, lessons learned, value engineering and the development of efficient, repeatable and robust modular building solutions.

Nicola has been a valued member of the company since 2001 and has played an important role in its growth and development for more than two decades. As Finance and Payroll Manager, she is responsible for supporting the effective management of the company’s financial administration and payroll processes, drawing on extensive knowledge of the business and its operations.

Throughout her career with the company, Nicola has contributed across a wide range of functions, including accounts administration, payroll, human resources, purchasing and customer service. Her versatility, attention to detail and dependable approach have made her a trusted point of contact for customers, suppliers and colleagues. Nicola’s experience, positive attitude and commitment to delivering a high standard of service continue to make her an integral member of the team.

Eugene is the Pre-Construction Manager at Actiform, bringing more than 10 years of experience in project and pre-construction management across the retail, commercial, healthcare and leisure sectors.

He specialises in pre-construction surveys, early-stage project coordination and the development of construction programmes, helping ensure projects are thoroughly planned before progressing to delivery. Eugene works closely with clients, consultants and internal teams to assess requirements, identify risks and establish clear, practical delivery strategies.

Throughout his career, Eugene has held roles including Project Coordinator, Project Manager and Senior Project Manager. He has supported projects for prominent clients including ASDA, B&Q, Morrisons, the Co-operative Group, IKEA and Brenntag Chemical.

Known for his collaborative and organised approach, Eugene enjoys working within dynamic project teams and takes pride in helping projects progress successfully from initial planning through to construction.

Liz supports the day-to-day operation of the company’s accounts and payroll functions, helping ensure financial records, employee payments and administrative information are processed accurately and on time.

Her responsibilities include preparing weekly payroll, checking agency workers’ hours and submitting information to external payroll providers. She also processes invoices and payments using Sage Accounts, prepares quarterly VAT returns for Actiform Ltd and Actiform Hire Ltd, manages monthly pension submissions and coordinates employee expenses.

Alongside her finance responsibilities, Liz maintains key company spreadsheets, supports the preparation of information and equipment for new starters and assists with general office enquiries. Her organised and dependable approach provides valuable support to both the finance team and the wider business.

Bev is responsible for the smooth and efficient running of the office, ensuring it remains organised, compliant and fully supportive of the wider team. Her role covers a broad range of operational responsibilities, including office administration, HR documentation, staff records, training coordination, company vehicles, insurance matters and facilities management.

Bev also manages the company’s relationships with training providers, framework partners and accreditation bodies, ensuring reporting, audits, declarations and compliance records are kept accurate and up to date. As a key point of contact for employees, clients, suppliers and visitors, she plays an important role in maintaining clear communication across the business. Her organised and practical approach helps ensure the day-to-day operations of the company run effectively.

Kathryn joined Actiform in 2021, bringing more than 15 years of experience across the property and construction sectors. As Head of Projects, she plays an integral role in the successful delivery of Actiform’s contracts, leading the project management team and maintaining a strong focus on client care, quality and continuous improvement.

Kathryn works closely with clients, project teams and the wider business to ensure projects are effectively planned, coordinated and delivered. Her leadership helps maintain clear communication, manage priorities and support consistent standards across the project portfolio.

With a forward-thinking and highly organised approach, Kathryn also contributes to wider business planning and improvement initiatives. Her experience, commitment and ability to bring teams together make her a key member of Actiform’s leadership team and an important part of the company’s continued success.

Steven is responsible for purchasing and estimating across the company’s civil projects, including welfare facilities and office buildings. Working closely with the Production Manager and Project Managers, he helps identify project budgets, purchasing requirements and appropriate materials, while preparing pricing information and proposal documentation.

He develops strong relationships with suppliers and subcontractors, negotiating competitive prices, suitable products and reliable delivery timescales. Steven also researches new and improved materials, ensuring all purchases meet the required quality and performance standards.

As part of the company’s integrated management system, he manages the supply-chain appointment and assessment process, maintains supplier records and supports regular performance reviews. He also assists with the preparation of operation and maintenance manuals by collecting and securely storing product specifications, technical data and equipment information for current and future projects.

Rob has been part of Actiform for 15 years, beginning his career in the factory as a joiner before progressing through the business to become a highly experienced Project Manager. His practical background gives him a strong understanding of the full construction process, from manufacture through to site delivery and completion.

Now specialising in healthcare projects, Rob is responsible for managing complex schemes where quality, programme, compliance and client coordination are critical. He works closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal teams to keep projects on track and ensure Actiform delivers on its commitments.

Rob has successfully delivered a number of significant healthcare projects, building an excellent reputation for his dependable leadership, practical problem-solving and ability to motivate project teams. His experience and commitment make him a valued member of Actiform’s project management team.

Tom has been part of Actiform for 20 years, having joined the business as an apprentice before progressing through the company to become a highly respected and experienced Project Manager. His practical background and extensive knowledge of Actiform’s operations give him a strong understanding of every stage of project delivery, from manufacture and procurement through to installation and completion.

Now specialising in nuclear and defence projects, Tom leads the delivery of complex, highly regulated schemes where safety, quality, security and programme control are critical. Ian has been an integral part of Actiform for 33 years and brings an exceptional depth of knowledge to his role as Estimator. Having worked across many areas of the company throughout his career, he understands the business inside out, from modular design and manufacturing through to procurement, construction and site delivery.

This extensive experience enables Ian to assess projects with a practical and informed perspective, developing robust, accurate and commercially considered estimates. He works closely with clients, suppliers and internal teams to understand project requirements, identify potential challenges and support the development of effective solutions from the earliest stages.

Nick is a qualified engineer with more than 20 years of international experience across manufacturing, process engineering and automation. As Chief Technical Officer, he provides technical leadership across Actiform’s operations, supporting innovation in modular design, manufacturing and the delivery of complex projects.

His expertise is particularly valuable within the nuclear and defence sectors, where technical assurance, security, quality and robust engineering are critical. Nick also supports the delivery of specialist healthcare projects, helping develop practical, compliant and high-performing solutions for demanding environments.

Nick leads Actiform’s renewable energy offering, working with clients and project teams to integrate technologies that improve energy efficiency, reduce carbon emissions and support long-term sustainability objectives.

Working across the factory, design office and sites nationwide, Nick collaborates closely with clients and internal teams to resolve technical challenges and turn complex requirements into effective, buildable solutions.

Stephen has worked alongside Stefan for 30 years, helping steer Actiform’s financial strategy and supporting the company’s continued growth and development.

As Financial Director, he provides strong commercial and financial leadership across the business, overseeing financial planning, reporting and control while helping ensure the company remains stable, resilient and well positioned for the future.

During his time with Actiform, Stephen has seen the business expand into new markets and sectors, and has played an important role in supporting that progress. His experience, sound judgement and detailed understanding of the company have helped shape Actiform into the successful business it is today.
