Building on the success of our efforts from 2024 in cutting emissions across our operations, our team remains committed to further reducing our carbon footprint in the upcoming year.
Our business strategy has seen successful results, with measures such as transitioning our company vehicles to Hybrid/Electric models, swapping sodium lighting in our factory with energy-efficient LEDs, and replacing gas heating with a wood-burning heater fuelled by our timber offcuts. The carbon emissions reduction achieved by these schemes equate to 13.86 tCO2e, an 11% reduction against the 2021 baseline and the measures will be in effect when performing the contract.
Our projections indicate a substantial decrease in carbon emissions over the next five years, aiming for 99 tCO2e by 2029—a 15% reduction. This Carbon Reduction Plan complies with PPN 06/21 and associated guidelines and reporting standards for Carbon Reduction Plans.

Sarah manages bids and tender submissions across Actiform, coordinating input from teams throughout the business to produce clear, compelling and compliant proposals. She works closely with technical, commercial and project colleagues to communicate Actiform’s experience, capabilities and approach effectively.
Alongside bid management, Sarah supports the company’s marketing and social media activity, helping promote Actiform’s projects, people and specialist modular solutions.
As Actiform’s Social Value Champion, she also helps develop and communicate the wider benefits delivered through the company’s projects, including employment, skills, community engagement and environmental initiatives. Her organised and collaborative approach helps ensure submissions are completed accurately, professionally and within demanding deadlines.
